Courting Death: A Xianxia Survivor

Courting Death is a pixel-art xianxia survivors-like coming to Steam for Windows, Mac, Linux and Steam Deck.

Rise from a nobody with one sword. Your techniques strike on their own while you move, dash and aim. Break through, evolve every one of 46 techniques, fuse evolutions into 12 Dao Fusions, and bend the rules of a run with 25 Dao Insights. Survive 20 minutes against the horde, the bosses and the Heavenly Tribulation, and humble the arrogant Young Master before his father comes for you.

Between lives, cultivate your Body and Soul, awaken Bloodlines, recruit from 46 cultivators, and climb seven realms, plus the hidden ones.

Here: trailers, gameplay shorts and dev notes from a solo developer.
