Planted Holistic Healing

I'm Ana Claudia, I have been a Holistic Therapist for a number of years. I have seen the impact that my heart and soul centered approach to the healing process has positively impacted so many people. I created this channel to share with you the spiritual wisdom and practical therapeutic tools that will help you heal, awaken, and remember who you truly are and become authentic and free. My intention is to guide your through the process of shedding ancestral karma (transgenerational trauma). To me, the healing process is a process of remembering and returning to truth and therefore ourselves, so that together we can co-create a better world for all. I believe that most struggles we face today as individuals and as a collective is due to living disconnected from spirituality and therefore the forgetting of who we truly are and our relationship to life, the planet, and God.
