We have been around the spirits industry for more than a decade since designing a malt whisky distillery in Ardnamurchan on the west coast of Scotland. In that time we've had lots of interesting conversations and discussions which we take into our day to day jobs of delivering distillery projects around the UK and Ireland (and some a wee bit further afield)
