We are Pieter-Jan de Peuter & Guy Houben—two food lovers, proud dads, and family guys who never say no to a night filled with laughter and culinary creativity.

A little about us:

Pieter: Former owner of Mr. Smith, a renowned bar in Maastricht. After years of joy as an entrepreneur in the drinks industry, he chose to explore a new path—but his love for culinary adventures has always remained strong.

Guy: A creative director and freelance photographer specializing in campaigns, portraits, culinary photography, and weddings. His passion for food runs deep, and he’s always dreamed of owning a restaurant one day.

Together, we’ve joined forces to bring our shared love for food to life. As self-taught, non-trained amateur cooks, we’re here to cook, experiment, and film recipes we’ve cherished, dreamed of making, and newly discovered along the way.
