PIPS Entertainment

Soul. Jazz. Cigars. Desert nights. This is the Pip life. I'm Derrick "Pip" Pipkin, and for more than 18 years I've been throwing the events people plan their year around — Grooving on a Sunday and Mother's Day Jazz & Blues at the John Anson Ford Amphitheatre in Los Angeles, the Afro Latin Groove, and now the Soul Springs Festival out in the desert. Here you'll find the music, the people, the food and the whole weekend behind every event we throw, from the Cathedral City Amphitheater to Pips on La Brea. NEXT UP — the 3rd Annual Soul Springs Festival, Saturday, February 6, 2027, Cathedral City Amphitheater, 1–6 PM. Two years, two sellouts. Tickets and host resort weekend packages at SoulSpringsFest.com. New Shorts every day. Subscribe and come be part of the family.
