Pink Sugar Cookie School

Welcome to Pink Sugar Cookie School — where cookie decorating gets simpler.

I teach beginner-friendly cookie decorating using one versatile 3×4 rectangle instead of a cupboard full of specialty cutters.
Here you’ll find practical tutorials, class prep, decorating techniques, behind-the-scenes peeks, and seasonal cookie projects designed to help you build real skills without fancy equipment.

We’ll cover things like piping, flooding, wet-on-wet decorating, layering, detail work, royal icing consistency, baking, and all the little things that make decorating easier.

Whether you’re completely new or just want a simpler way to decorate, you’re in the right place.
One Shape. Endless Cookies.
