Pilates is for Everyone! From extreme athletes to those with limitations or disabilities, we are here to help you become a healthier YOU.
Pilates for Life provides private, and  semi-private lessons on the equipment. Semi-private lessons offer one trainer
teaching you and a friend.
Reformer classes are limited to 6 participants allowing the trainer to closely monitor the movements  of each person.
Total Barre is a fun and upbeat class that is preformed to the beat of the music. No experience necessary, just come ready to move.
TRX Pilates Suspension Method class is limited to 4 people. This is a very challenging class using TRX straps and your own body weight to preform various Pilates exercises.
