Pilates By Pavee

hi! welcome to my channel :) you'll find more workout, wellness, and lifestyle videos here.

a little bit about me:
my name is Pavee. I danced professionally for almost my entire life and I'm currently a fitness trainer/ professional in NYC. I train clients of different ages, gender, body types, lifestyles and curate an effective program that is tailored to their fitness/lifestyle goals.

I specialize in low impact, high intensity workouts such as barre, mat pilates, sculpt, reformer pilates, and megaformer pilates. my programs are great for those who are looking for a challenging, yet effective workout without jumping, running, or lifting heavy weights. all my programs provide rehabilitation for previous injuries, build muscular endurance, improve posture/core strength, strengthen smaller, stabilizing muscles, and improve overall flexibility/ mobility in your joints.
