PhoenixFit Yoga

Welcome to Phoenix Fitness Yoga! My name is Charyl and it is my goal to spread my love of yoga and the many benefits that come from a consistent yoga practice. My focus is to teach and offer detailed tips and cues on alignment and muscle engagement so that you can be active in your poses instead of just making the shapes. This allows you to build strength WITH flexibility in effort to deepen your mind - body awareness.

As a yoga teacher who is also mobility specialist, my sequences are created with a focus of taking care of your joints as well as your muscles. They are designed for those who have some yoga experience and are looking to explore and increase their current range of motion and get stronger in the process.

Any time you step on the mat, you are in charge of your practice, so always be kind to you body.

You can access a complete pose library as well as full length classes (45 - 75 min) in the Phoenix Fitness Yoga On Demand(Click the link below to learn more)
