Robert & Stephanie Gourlay live on 110 acres in the pristine Mongarlowe Valley, NSW, Australia & have spent 20+ years developing Phi’on health products & MEA Water Devices.

Rob, a scientist, is passionate about creating nutrient-dense products using structured water to support the human body’s natural capacity to regulate & heal at a cellular level. His philosophy is simple: Quality food & water are the pathway to health.

Phi’on products & devices are researched & tested to maximise the fundamental link between healthy soils, plants, water, animals & humans. In addition to the science, products & devices are created with awareness of the subtle energy systems of the body & the earth.
