Petrakievi Real Estate

We are Tsvetan and Jasmina Petrakievi, owners of the Petrakievi family real estate agency. A 100% Bulgarian company with its own trademark. We sign our name for every service we offer.
We have been actively developing in the field of real estate for more than 16 years. Behind us is solid experience, serious, continuous work and improvement in the purchase and sale of properties along Southern Black Sea coast and the city of Burgas.
We immersed in this dynamic and challenging environment back in 2004. As a family, our professional experience began in the popular real estate company on the foreign market "Bulgarian Properties", where for 12 years we were the main partner for the Southern Black Sea coast and 4 years managing partner in the national agency "Bulgarian Estates". Today, in one of the most unusual years of 2020 with a lot of love and unceasing enthusiasm we create Petrakievi Ltd. Because we know that difficult times require changing reality and making innovative decisions.
