PenPedalPose Mind-Body Wellness

I'm Sheri, a Mind-Body Wellness Educator & Coach. Through my business, PenPedalPose, I offer the Priority Wellness Personalized Program & Priority Wellness Academy which combine mindset & action to empower midlife+ women to prioritize their wellness, so they can consistently show up as the people they want to be, even in very busy lives, with lots of external demands.

I’m starting this channel with a replay of my Priority Wellness Webinar which explains the Mindset + Action framework that I teach for creating a personalized wellness program that fits your life, your needs & your interests.

We address self-sabotage, barriers, obstacles & excuses so you can let go of regret, disappointment & wasted time to embrace confidence & satisfaction & live a healthy, vibrant life.

I plan to share short, weekly Mind-Body Moments with actionable strategies you can use to enhance your wellness right away.
