Pembroke Pâtisserie

Pembroke Patisserie is an artisan bakery in Wanaka in the South Island of New Zealand. We create beautiful handmade French pastries, tarts and desserts using the best and freshest ingredients available to us. Specialising in classic French patisserie with a modern Kiwi twist, Pembroke Patisserie is already world famous in Wanaka for custard squares, doughnuts, pies and almond croissants and great coffee.

We want to show you the best of what we make, create and bake so we've created some short videos to showcase our baking handiwork!

Bon appétit!
