Pegasus the Orchestra

Pegasus: the Orchestra is an exciting and resourceful nonprofit professional orchestra. Founded by Karén Hakobyan in 2017, the orchestra harnesses the transcendent power of music to bring musicians and audiences of diverse backgrounds and cultural heritages together. For its first 4 years, Pegasus: the Orchestra was awarded a residency at Mana Contemporary Cultural Center in the heart of Jersey City. Pegasus: the Orchestra has exclusive Yamaha sponsorship. 

Several news outlets have showcased Pegasus, including Al Jazeera, Voice of America TV Network, Ardzagang Armenian TV, the Russian Television Network of America, The Voice of Armenians TV program on the NYC Life Channel, WGCH (Greenwich, CT) Talk Radio, WQXR New York Classical Radio, WSKG Radio, Get Classical’s online journal as well as Armenian Mirror Spectator.
