Pedro Alvarez Los Cabos Realtor

Thank you for subscribing to my personal channel.
A little bit about me:
I was born in Mexico City and grown up in Guadalajara. At 18 I went to Ensenada and graduated as Oceanographer in chemistry. In 1993 a did a Master in Algology (seaweeds) in Gran Canary Island.
At my return we had an economic crisis in Mexico in 1995 and I was hired to work in tourism in Los Cabos, I tough temporarily, but I made my life here.
Los Cabos is a growing place, jobs are well paid and is full of opportunities. Weather is always great, people is in relax mode and security is better than any big city in the world.
With lack of tourism due Covid-19, I change gears and became a Real Estate agent.
I hope you like my efforts, and if you are planning to visit Los Cabos, send me a text, is always nice to meet people.
