Run Well with Dunwell

Run Well with Dunwell is a real-time documentary of life, miles, mistakes, and meaningful moments.
This channel follows a father and son chasing finish lines, learning hard lessons the hard way, and collecting memories one run, one laugh, and one bad decision at a time.

You’ll find running adventures, races, training days, recovery weeks that lie, and the quiet in-between moments that actually matter.
No filters. No fake motivation. Just real life, real effort, and real love.

This is for my son.
So one day he can look back and see how brave he was becoming, one mile at a time.

New videos drop as life happens.
More miles. More memories. More bad decisions to come.
