I’m Rachael aka Momma Rae, a Midwest based ex-collegiate volleyball athlete & 20+ year plus experienced personal trainer also specializing in yoga, mindfulness, meditation, corrective & functional exercise, & forest bathing.🌳 

After 6 years of infertility struggles & a medical procedure, I got pregnant naturally & became a first time mom at age 45!😳I am forever grateful for the incredible gift of becoming a mom, & do everything I can to keep myself & our family healthy and happy.🥰

With the reality of screen-time in this modern age of parenting, I thought to create a health focused YouTube channel for kids to support healthy habits early. Empowering girls while supporting moms & parents is my passion as well!🧡
