PAUSE A Movement For A MOMENT

PAUSE is a movement that bridges grief, wellness, and legacy.
Through The Wellness Check, Grief Recovery Moments, and transformative conversations, we invite you to slow down, reflect, and live with intention. This channel explores the full spectrum of life — through grief, wellness, legacy, faith, identity, and transformation. We believe grief is not only about death. It lives in transitions, diagnoses, divorce, dreams deferred, childhood wounds, success, aging, and even joy.

Here, we:
• Reveal wisdom in the wounds
• Close the racial grief gap
• Explore our dimensions
• Support those with chronic illness journeys
• Offer grief recovery workshops & grief education
• Build legacy from the inside out

This is where soulwork meets strategy.
Where laughter coexists with loss.
Where past, present, and future converge.

You found us for a reason.
Now take a moment… and PAUSE.
