We, The DeSouzas (Ian, Patricia, Nathan & Jessi and Christy & Chris) own DWM DESIGNS, CONSTRUCTION GROUP  and other great businesses owned by each member of the family! I am a Realtor®|Designer|Entrepreneur LADY PATRICIA DREAM HOMES. DWM DESIGNS sells flooring, lighting and cabinetry for hospitality, commercial and residential projects. Nathan (former baseball player draftee) is a general contractor in the path to become a Builder. Nate&Jessi (Interior Designer) own DESOUZA BUILD AND DESIGN. Christy is a financial specialist and Real Estate Officer for large projects, Christy&Chris enjoy singing and writing music @XTY.
Recently, I added a Beauty|Makeup|Wellness Line called LADY PATRICIA Feeling Great Line! My objective is to care for people not just properties! We also believe in supporting worthy causes and created @DWM MISSION. In this channel, we blend our passion for design, construction, real estate, charities, health & wellness.
