PCC - Patient and Client Council 

The PCC was created in 2009 as part of the reform of Health and Social Care in N.Ireland and acts as a powerful, independent voice for patients, clients, carers and communities.

Vision: Our vision is for a health and social care service actively shaped by the needs and experiences of patients, clients, carers and communities to enable them to live the best lives they can.

About us:
We all use, need and value Health and Social Care services in Northern Ireland. However, we know the journey can sometimes be complicated, and you may have concerns about the care that you, or someone you care for, has received.
We are here to listen and to help.
We have a team of trained practitioners, who will help you to find a solution or raise your concerns appropriately.
