Patience in the Mourning | Integrative Grief Coach

Welcome to Patience in the Mourning. I am Patience, and I walk widows through grief in a world that keeps changing.

The videos I’ll share offer guided exercises, tools, and encouragement to help your mind, body and soul as you embrace grief and heal.

This channel is created to help you develop patience and compassion for yourself, your children and the grieving process as you adapt to your new path, while honoring your love. 🖤💔🤍 ❤️

I'm a Trauma, Grief and Resilience Mind-Body Coach, a former widow, bereaved sibling and daughter, a wife and mother in a blended family to bereaved children.

I’m not a trained therapist, my work is non-clinical, and my videos do not replace professional mental health care. In addition, please watch all videos at your own risk and seek professional medical approval before following any physical exercises shared on this channel.

I'm so sorry you are coping with loss 🖤, and grateful you are here.

I'll post a new video each week. Thank you 🙏🏽
