Pastor’s BBQ | Wagyu Brisket & Smoked BBQ

Want to cook better BBQ? Start here.
Discover the techniques and joy of American-style smoked BBQ, with a focus on wagyu brisket.

I’m a pastor and pitmaster based in Ibaraki, Japan, and the person behind Pastor’s BBQ.

On this channel, I share:
• How to use your grill, arrange charcoal and season meat
• Brisket, pulled pork and other BBQ recipes
• Food truck life, events and experiments at the grill

What started as BBQ in a church garden—a way to bring people together—has grown into a food truck, event catering and a frozen BBQ business.
