With nearly three decades of small church pastoral leadership, I provide coaching, consulting, and training that focuses on revitalization, vision, preaching, leadership development, stewardship, and community engagement. My mission is to equip small churches to thrive where they are, with the resources they already have, so they can make a big Kingdom impact without trying to imitate mega-church models.
