Parallax1838

Every discovery, the mistake beside it, and the ones still open.

One scientist a reel: who they were, what they found, the formula it came down to, and what it cost to get there. Then the part other channels leave out, the time the same method gave the wrong answer, and the questions still open today.

Every date, place, language and title is fetched from Wikidata, not written from memory. Where the record holds nothing, the slide says "not recorded" rather than guessing. Every image is public domain or Creative Commons and is credited with its licence in the description.

The portraits are engraved from those free sources by code written for this channel. No stock footage, no stock music, nothing traced from a photograph that was not free to begin with.

Found an error? Comment it. It gets corrected and the correction is stated.

One reel a day.
