Sleep Hypnosis & Meditation by Paola

Sleep Hypnosis | Sleep Meditation | Guided Meditation | Hypnotherapy

Hello my name is Paola Pisu and I welcome you to my YouTube channel.

I wish the following story encourages you. During covid and the lockdowns, almost all my work disappeared. I had the choice to sit on the couch and feel sad or go to work and make the best of it. I chose the latter.
This resulted in two studies: English and hypnotherapy - a nice complement, as I have been a coach/counsellor for 20 years.

I incorporate all my experience and insights into my sleep hypnosis and meditation. I wish you benefit and enjoy it too.

At the pace that suits me, I translate the Dutch versions. If you have any wishes, let me know in the comments.

Best wishes,

Paola
