Oystro

Oystro is a full-lifecycle software engineering protocol for AI coding agents.

One protocol. Any agent. Any project, from big picture to shipped feature, with human gates, structured templates, and explicit phase transitions.

The workflow runs Define → Approve → Build → Verify → Release. The agent does the volume; a person owns the consequential calls; every decision and piece of evidence is recorded with the work, so the next session, or the next engineer, doesn't start from zero.

It is agent-agnostic: any agent that can read and write files, whether that's Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Copilot, OpenCode, or your own. The workflow is the constant. The agent is interchangeable.

On this channel: short demos of the gates actually firing, protocol walkthroughs, and honest takes on making AI-assisted development reliable, not just fast.
