OUT & UP TV

From release to running it. 🔓

OUT & UP is a reality series about women coming home from prison, jail, and rehab, and the 90 days they get to take it all back: their kids, their money, and their name.

Hosted by Dashnay "Coach Dash" Holmes (@therealcoachdash), a New Jersey mother who did her time, lost her kids to foster care, fought until she got them back, and built a business empire hiring women nobody else would.

On OUT & UP, Dash picks women up the day they come home and helps them get treatment and therapy, reunite with their children, land real jobs, get their license, their first car, their first apartment, and start businesses of their own, while their families decide whether to let them back in.

Real women. Real families. Real second chances.
