Meditation has become a part of my life. 
It was difficult for me to start practicing meditation because of my background - I have two technical degrees, and I have worked in the welding industry for many years.
I am glad that I went through these stages of resistance, because meditation has made my life more vivid and meaningful. And now I feel the need to pass this knowledge on.
