Occupation is not simply a paid work, it refers to all our life roles and related meaningful activities!

I'm an occupational therapist from Hong Kong, Ms.A, I love to discover useful life tricks, explore musical instruments, handcraft ideas...
Under the worldwide influence of COVID-19, I started to learn video making for sharing therapy ideas in different aspects!

I hope my limited sharing would bring you unlimited 'self therapy' ideas!

Feel free to leave me messages and suggest video ideas!
