Optimal Wellness Center - Berkshires

Optimal Wellness Center is the clinical alternative to the destination spa, a working clinical practice in West Stockbridge, Massachusetts. This channel is where the methodology gets explained. Movement science applied to human biology.

We cover the thinking behind:
🔸 Clinical Massage
🔸 Functional Nutrition
🔸 Clinical Capacity Training (the framework developed by Clinical Director Jacob Corley to address what physical therapy, personal training, and manual therapy each get partly wrong.)

Healing is not linear. We say that often because we mean it.
