Kieran Liddle - Optimal Performance Training

Hi, I’m Kieran — Hyrox Performance Coach and founder of Optimal Performance Training.

I help competitive Hyrox athletes hit personal bests through individualised, phase based training that manages volume, stops breakdowns and removes guesswork.

Most athletes don’t fail because they lack effort.
They fail because they try to copy an elite athlete's 15-hour training split without the recovery capacity to match. They end up trapped in an overuse injury cycle, stacking junk volume and plateauing before race day.

On this channel, I break down:

• Building an aerobic base so strength supports running economy.
• Intelligent load management to maximise the hours you actually have.
• 4-phase programming (GPP, Base, Build, Peak) to hit the start line 100% healthy.
• Race day pacing and execution strategies.
