Parrot | AI meeting recorder and live assistant

Parrot is a free, open-source meeting recorder for Mac with a live AI assistant built in.

It listens from your Mac, so no bot joins the call. While you talk, it suggests answers from your own documents. When you hang up, the report is already written. Later, ask about any meeting, in Parrot or in Claude, Cursor and Codex.

Audio stays on your Mac. No account. Open source under GPL-3.0.

Here you'll find short demos, new features, and tips for getting more out of Parrot.
