Welcome to On Track Fitness with Coach Roni Moore!

I’m a speed and jumps specialist with over 25 years of coaching experience, working with athletes from youth development to the collegiate and professional levels.

As a former elite track athlete, 2026 World Masters Championships bronze medalist, and owner of On Track Fitness and Roni’s Elite Track Club (RETC), I bring proven experience from both sides of the track.

Here you’ll find:
• Elite speed, agility & explosive power training
• Sprint mechanics, plyometrics & strength development
• Long jump, high jump & track and field technique
• Sports performance training for athletes across multiple sports
• Athlete development, coaching insights & competition highlights
• My personal journey competing on the world stage

My mission is simple: develop stronger, faster, more explosive athletes through purposeful, proven training.
