One Yoga, a nonprofit organization

One Yoga is a nonprofit yoga studio that offers health and well being through the practices of yoga, inclusive of people who traditionally lack access.

Our studio classes, workshops and events support our mission by offering high-quality yoga instruction on a sliding fee basis for those experiencing financial hardship or who find it difficult to pay for classes. Approval for income-based fees is determined by household size and income.

Through the One Yoga Outreach Program, we bring the same quality yoga and mindfulness practices we offer in the studio to a variety of populations by matching organizations that apply for our services with highly skilled yoga specialists to provide on-site instruction and guidance.
