One Meal A Day - OMAD - 30 day challenge

I have been overweight for most of my adult life.  Now after the birth of our 4th child I have found myself over 30 pounds heavier in the past 18 months.  I am at the point of saying enough is enough.  The reason?  I literally popped the button off my pants.   I am on the journey of weight loose and am trying a form of intermittent fasting called OMAD or one meal a day.   I will document my journey and a little of my life along the way as I try to get myself back to a normal BMI body mass index from Obesse.
