One Foot in Front of the Other NZ

We are passionate about tramping (hiking) and travel.  We've been a team, on and off trail for 36 years. On trail, we're Pippi and Lucky Marvin; together we're onefootinfront oftheothernz.   We've hiked extensively in New Zealand, done the Larapinta (Australia) and in 2024 completed the Pacific Northwest Trail (PNT), taking 100 days to walk from Two Medicine, Glacier National Park, Montana to the Pacific Ocean in Washington.

We don't seek out the instagram spots but try to show what it's like on trail - in short, the sort of videos we seek out when researching trips for ourselves.  

We're NOT: professional thru-hikers, 30 miles + a day, young and instagram worthy, trying to hike as cheaply as possible.
We ARE: in our 50s, fitting hiking around our jobs, enjoying documenting our adventures thru photography and videos, relaxed-pace thru-hikers, thru-hikers who spend in the communities we pass through.
