One2One exists to provide individually tailored disability support services in partnership with people who are seeking real choice and control over their own lives, and their NDIS funded supports.

One2One provides responsive, tailored services to people living with disability who need comprehensive supports.

Our staff aim to be authentic, down to earth and honest in all their working relationships. We are committed to being an organisation built on relationships between the people we support and the people who provide that support.

We believe people with disability should be included in the same places as everyone else rather than being defined and grouped by their disability and that every person should be in charge of their destiny.

We value the people who work for us in the same way we value the people we support 

We stand by people through thick and thin because we want them to be committed to us as their service provider.
