We offer Japan's only action learning program, "Waterfall Climbing Training," as an insane corporate training program. The program is a unique program based on brain science that encourages participants to think and act on their own. In the Takihyo Training, participants gain self-understanding, discover their strengths and weaknesses, and talk honestly with each other. The results that cannot be achieved in classroom training can be realized in a short period of time, either two days and one night or three days and two nights.
