ONDA: Embodied Intimacy

I don't know about you, but I was not taught how to be in healthy relationship with myself or others. It was an enigma.

My family was dysfunctional, and my only role models were unrealistic fairytale myths... Self-help books could only get me so far. I was desparate to dive deeper after crashing and burning in relationship for the nth time, so I registered in the Somatica® Institute of San Francisco to study the secrets of Relationships, Intimacy & Sex. I graduated from the Coaching Program in August, 2022 and as a Somatic Sexologist in April, 2023.

This channel is dedicated to all of you. Here, I will share the deep insights I've learned along my journey into the complex layers of human relationships through the powerful lense of the Somatica® Method. What started out as a personal interest in how to be a better lover and navigate my own relationships has turned out to be an incredibly wild and healing experience. I am so excited to share these tools and techniques with the world!
