OMOIYARI DASHI GYOZA

OMOIYARI DASHI GYOZA is produced by Yumei Gyoza Co.

We cook Daisen chicken for 48 hours in our special collagen-rich broth (Dashi).
The secret sauce (Hiden no tare) is made by extracting umami ingredients such as bonito and kelp.
These two ingredients are kneaded into the gyoza paste.
You can enjoy the aroma, flavor, gravy, and texture of the gyoza.

You can eat "dashi gyoza" in our restaurant.
Come enjoy a course meal of the world's first 「DASHI　GYOZA」.
