OLÚ

OLÚ  is a UK-based rapper, published academic researcher, and hip-hop scholar who has been living and breathing hip-hop since childhood.
OLÚ's recording journey reached a landmark when he secured a distribution deal with an American record company, releasing his debut album Street Poetry for USA and Canada distribution. The album was later selected as academic research material at the University of Wisconsin, where two graduating students used it as the foundation of their research projects.
In 2015, OLÚ submitted research to Harvard University's Hutchins Center for the prestigious Nasir Jones Hip-Hop Fellowship. He self-published that research under the title "Rap Music as a Tool for Sociopolitical Change in Africa — Nigeria in Perspective" — subsequently named one of the greatest rap eBooks of all time by Book Authority.
The work earned academic conference invitations.
