Beyond Mind | Dante Notar

Beyond Mind is the official project of Dante Notar, a coach focused on neuroplasticity, manifestation, the mind-body connection, emotional awareness and personal transformation.
.
On this channel, we explore thoughts, emotions, bodily sensations, identity, gratitude and manifestation through a direct, experiential approach and transform the way we relate to ourselves, our emotions and our experience.

After overcoming OCD and chronic pain, Dante now brings those experiences into his coaching method and creative work. Through his own lived experience, he explores how change can begin not by fighting what is, but by fully meeting it, creating space for a different relationship with the mind, the body and life itself.

Gratitude - Acceptance - Awareness are not about escaping the present moment, but about fully experiencing it. allowing a new way of being, and eventually a new reality, to emerge naturally.
