Services Marketing - Selling the invisible.
Services Marketing is so much fun to learn about because we experience it everyday - as you start to learn new concepts and theories, you will begin to analyse your own service experiences and they will never be the same again!!! As consumers, we blindly navigate through a maze of marketing specifically designed to get us to buy.

The knowledge you will gain watching these videos is quite powerful and you have an ethical responsibility to use it wisely ;-) Whether as a highly educated consumer or a "maze making" marketer.
