Oliver Ashford

Hey there! I’m Oliver Ashford, 19 Years Old and from Dunedin, New Zealand.
This channel is now mostly about my journey of powerlifting but it does date back 6 years with cringe videos of myself.

At this current time (3/8/23) my best lifts are...
Squat: 190kgs
Bench: 130kgs (paused)
Deadlift: 220kgs
Total: 540kgs

I started my powerlifting journey back in 2020 but I started CrossFit in late 2018, and before that I had quite a few years of Taekwondo experience. So I have always been surrounded by exercise!

I have some big goals this year and imma work hard to make them possible! 💪💪
Thank you for supporting my channel, and positive feedback. It helps me to stay motivated!
