Ohio Legislative Black Caucus Foundation

The Ohio Legislative Black Caucus Foundation (OLBCF) is Ohio's leading Black think tank, advancing equity, justice, and opportunity for Black Ohioans through data, research, and civic power.

This is the home of Civic AF (All Facts), our plain-language series breaking down how Ohio government actually works and what your vote really touches, made for Black Ohioans ages 25 to 44. You'll also find our research, including The State of Black Civic Power in Ohio, news coverage, and ways to get involved.
