I am in Holland!!

Let's make Japanese food with the ingredients you can get here!

As much as possible, I would like to make delicious food using ingredients that are not expensive and can be easily obtained in Europe!!

Occasionally, some dishes are not Japanese.
I want to cook what I want to eat!

I accept questions about your cooking!
For example,

“I have Japanese seasonings, but I don't know how to use them. “

“I want to know more various recipes that can cook with local ingredients.”
