After living 11 months in my RV I have settled in one spot for a bit. I have also retired from actively taking new clients in my psychotherapy practice. With the encouragement of my clients, I have started a podcast and a blog to talk about the things that I learned as a therapist and as a client when I did my own work back in the 1980s. The first things I will be talking about are my areas of expertise. PTSD, CPTSD, and dissociative disorders. I will also be speaking about other things as well like codependency, depressive disorders, substance use and abuse, and other things that people talk about in therapy.
