Hiragishi Tenjin was established in 1992 based in Hiragishi, Toyohira Ward, Sapporo City. Currently, it consists of three groups: the main team, junior team, and masters team under the "Hiragishi Tenjin Soran Dance Preservation Society." We not only participate in the YOSAKOI Soran Festival but also engage in continuous activities throughout the year as a local performing arts group. In the YOSAKOI Soran Festival, we hold the record for the most awards, having won the Grand Prize 10 times and the Semi-Grand Prize 11 times (as of 2023). We have showcased our performances in 13 cities across Japan and internationally, continuing to deliver new excitement and energy to audiences nationwide and worldwide.
