Off Default

Life got busy. Somewhere along the way, you stopped making time for yourself, and for reading.

I've been there. I went more than 11 years without reading a book. A full calendar, and very little in it that felt like my choice.

Off Default means stepping off autopilot and choosing you.

READ: What's worth your time. For now, books: who each one is for, when to skip it, and what to open tonight.

THINK: When you're stuck, two different ways through it.

LEAD: Taking charge of your life. Being kind to yourself. Choosing where your time goes. Knowing when to stay and when to leave. And taking the next step, even a small one.

I'll also share moments from my own life that are worth capturing, and what they taught me, in case it helps you.

Every video leaves you with one small thing to do today.

Free: 7 short stories, one a night, picked for you. www.poonamsstudio.com/7-nights/

I hope you feel a little less alone here, and find something you want to read next.
