Oaksmere Commercial Finance

Having spent 18 years in the property and construction industry, I found that the hardest part of the whole process was arranging the finance.

That wasn’t even doing it myself, I used brokers. I got poor or no advice, being placed on unsuitable products that cost me thousands.

That’s why I decided to start my own brokerage, with the goal of helping developers and business owners navigate the world of commercial finance for maybe for the first time and actually broker the finance as I would want it to be done.

By understanding property development from a fellow developer’s perspective, this will help find the right product for your project based on what actually works for you, rather than simply recommending a broker’s preferred lender or the product that pays the highest commission and offer the level of service I would expect from a broker.

Commercial finance doesn’t need to be hard. I’m here to help make the process as straightforward, transparent and affordable as possible.
